TNEA is the one that is organized by Anna University for admission to various engineering and technology courses. The TNEA will be held in the first week of May 2021. Applicants from Tamil Nadu and another state will be admitted to graduate engineering courses after TNEA completes the admissions and admission process. it will take place based on the marks obtained. in the twelfth standard.

To be admitted to various universities and institutions affiliated with Anna University, applicants must take part in the counseling tours organized by TNEA. Admission to TNEA is only offered to applicants who have successfully participated in TNEA counseling sessions. and in admission, it is given based on the list of merits and is from the grades obtained in grade 12.

TNEA 2021 Application Form

TNEA 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Get the details of the TNEA 2021 eligibility criteria to help you know if you are eligible or not. Students will have a full idea of the eligibility criteria for TNEA 2021 detailed below.

Nativity:

  • Candidates who have passed the 12th of Tamil Nadu and the state of Tamil and the board or other board are eligible for TNEA.
  • Students who are from other states but are completing their tenth and twelfth grades from the state of Tamil Nadu are also eligible to participate in TNEA.
  • Applicants outside of Tamil Nadu must provide the Certificate of Nativity in the form of a digitally signed electronic certificate or electronic form.

Qualification:

  • Qualification Exam: Applicants must have passed the 12th class of any recognized board or university.
  • Eligible subject: The candidate must have passed the 12th grade with the compulsory subject (PCM) Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • Qualification notes: the candidate must have passed the intermediate level (12º) obtaining at least 50% of the marks of the general category. (For OBC – 45%; for ST / SC / DNC / MBC / SCA – 40%).

Marine Engineering Programme:

  • Qualification Exam: Applicants must have passed the 12th class of any recognized board or university.
  • Eligible subject: The candidate must have passed the 12th grade with the compulsory subject (PCM) of physics, chemistry and mathematics, and English as the main subject.
  • Qualifications: the candidate must have passed the intermediate level (12 °) with a minimum of 60% of qualifications in PCM AND 50% in English,
  • Age: the candidate must not be older than 25 years.

TNEA 2021 Cut Off

Anna University will publish the TNEA 2021 limit once the full application process has been completed. TNEA 2021 Cut Off will be available to all participants through online mode only.

TNEA 2021 Cut Off will be released only on the official website. Applicants who meet cut-off scores published by Anna University will only be eligible to enter various vocational courses at various universities.

The TNEA 2021 limit to be posted on the official website will be different for different campuses. There are cases where students dial the same number and then the random number process is assigned and this will help them get admitted based on grades. Students will be assigned a random TNEA number on the official website.

TNEA 2021 Merit List

TNEA will publish the TNEA 2021 Merit List that includes student names and these students will be eligible to participate in the next advisory process.

An A-List of Common Merits of TNEA 2021 will be posted on the official TNEA website. The TNEA 2021 Merit List will be published in the fourth week of June 2021.

TNEA 2021 Rank List

The TNEA 2021 ranking list is the same as the list of merits. The same is called a ranking list. Applicants will be selected based on the ranking list and the scores presented by them that they have obtained in the 12th standard.

TNEA 2021 Counselling

TNEA 2021 counseling will begin from the third week of July 2021. Applicants will be awarded their spot for counseling based on the merit list.

Applicants for the counseling cycle will be called on the merit list prepared by the TNEA Driving Authority. Seats will be assigned only to candidates according to category and merit list, rank.

Applicants must download the TNEA 2021 Notice Letter to participate in the TNEA 2021 Advisory Tours. The TNEA 2021 Notice will be organized in five successive cycles. Applicants must choose their colleges and courses in all five rounds.

Applicants must pay the TNEA 2021 consultation fee by transfer on-demand or in cash. Applicants must submit original documents along with photocopies for document verification.

TNEA 2021 Admission

Students who qualify in the counseling process are eligible for admission to various universities in Tamil Nadu. Once the college assignment is done, the applicant must inform the college with the provisional admission letter from TNEA. The report to the university must be made on time as prescribed in the admission letter.
