MH CET Law 2020 Registration

Applicants must register for their application and applicants must complete the MH CET Act Application Form online at the official MHCET Entrance Exam website. Complete the application for the expiration dates mentioned.

Applicants are advised to download the information leaflet and read it carefully before starting registration for the MH CET 2020 law:

  • Applicants must register first
  • MH CET Law 2020 Enrollment began on January 21, 2020, for a 5-year course.
  • MH CET Law 2020 The application form for three years of courses is available to applicants on March 19, 2020, and for five years on January 20, 2020.
  • The last date to complete the application form for a three-year course will be until June 8, 2020, and for five years until June 8, 2020.

Application Fee:

The MHCET application fee for general category applicants from the state of Maharashtra and migrant applicants from J&K is Rs 800 / -, for applicants from outside the state of Maharashtra Rs 800 / – and for applicants from reserved categories of the Maharashtra state (ST, SC, VJ / DT (NT-A), NT-1 (B), NT-2 (C), NT-3 (D), OBC and SBC) is 400 rupees.

MH CET Law 2021

The MH CET Law 2021 Exam is organized by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra to offer admission to candidates for the 5-Year Integrated Program in 53 cities in different states offering seats in 22 participating MH CET law institutes. The MH CET 2021 law application form will be available from the last week of January to the fourth week of March 2021.

MH CET Law 2020 Eligibility Criteria

All applicants must verify the eligibility criteria for the MH CET entrance exam. To apply, applicants must be Indian citizens to apply for the MH CET Act.

Applicants must meet all the eligibility criteria mentioned below to be admitted to the five-year integrated law programs offered at the Maharashtra state government law schools, please check if you are eligible or not.

Applicants can apply after meeting the eligibility criteria below, including nationality, residency, and qualification:

  • Nationality: the candidate must be an Indian citizen.
  • Residence: The candidate must have a home in Maharashtra. The candidate who studied in the state of Maharashtra or her parents are employed in the country are also eligible to apply. Or applicants whose parents are from Maharashtra can also use it.
  • Age Limit: There is no upper age limit to take the exam.

General Eligibility:

  • Nationality: Indian national applicants can apply.
  • International applicants: Foreign applicants / PIO / OCI or NRI can also apply.
  • Age: There is no prescribed upper age limit for the application.

For Three-Year LLB Course:

  • Academic qualification: The candidate must be a graduate or postgraduate from a recognized institution/university.
  • Required Notes: A minimum of 45% of the qualifications in the UG or PG title together are required for open category applicants, and a minimum of 40% is required for SC / ST applicants belonging to the state of Maharashtra only.

For Five-Year LLB Course:

  • Academic Qualification: Applicants who have completed their intermediate or equivalent exam from a recognized board/university or who are at level 12 can apply.
  • Mandatory Notes: A minimum of 45% is required for open category applicants, 40% for Maharashtra SC / ST applicants, and 42% for Maharashtra OBC / SEBC / VJNT / SBC applicants.

Qualification Eligibility:

  • LLB Course (5 years): The candidate must pass the 10 + 2 or equivalent of any recognized counseling.
  • Minimum Scores: Candidates must have a 45% on the qualifying exam (40% for reserved categories).
  • LLB Course (3 years): Applicant must have an undergraduate or graduate degree from any recognized institution in any stream.
  • Minimum Scores: Candidates must have a 45% on the qualifying exam (40% for reserved categories).
  • Appearance Applicants – Senior applicants are also eligible to apply.

MH CET Law 2020 Exam Pattern

  • The exam will be done in online mode (CBT).

MH CET Law 2020 Admit Card

MH CET Law 2020 Counselling

MH CET Law 2020 The counseling process for the five-year law course will begin from November 2020 and a three-year legal counsel course will begin from November 2020.
