Assam Joint Admission Exam (Assam JAT) is administered by the Technical Education Director for admission to undergraduate courses in the State of Assam’s Medical, Regional Dental and Ayurvedic Colleges. The Assam JAT Test is usually conducted annually at centres in the month of May. Joint admission examination is also carried out for the selection of first-year B.E candidates. The course of the two Colleges of State Government and the REC (only for the Assam quota). In addition to participating in the Joint Admission Examination, candidates seeking admission to any regional engineering college (against Assam quota) must apply separately to the principal, Regional Engineering College, Silchar.
2. Telangana Engineering Agriculture and Medicine Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET)
The Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance (TS EAMCET) 2020 is being conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). This examination is the prerequisite for admission into various professional courses offered in University / Private Colleges in the state of Telangana.
This continuous pursuit of making EAMCET examination a paper-free examination has been highly appreciated by all sections of citizens and JNTUH takes pride in being a trendsetter for other traditional entrance tests in the state of Telangana by implementing the online application form submission mode over the Internet for several years. Moreover, TS EAMCET 2020 also includes a clause to change those fields through the candidates themselves. To offer more clarity, in 2014, OMR Answer sheets were published on the website at the time of Ranks’ declaration of all the candidates who appeared for the entrance exam. 3. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations (WBJEEM)
The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board was created in 1962 as the West Bengal Examination Board for Admission to Engineering Degree Colleges, born from the idea of conducting a common admission test for West Bengal State Engineering Colleges. The basic purpose was to select candidates for admission to the State Colleges on the basis of the results of a single competitive examination, which would also result in the candidates saving time, energy and expenditure in appearing at a number of entry tests.
For the purpose of conducting Common Entrance Examinations for admission to the Undergraduate Level Engineering Courses in West Bengal, the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board was established in 1962. The Board’s efforts have always been aimed at improving transparency in the conduct of Common Entrance Exams for various Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in the State through efficient cutting-edge technology. Online application and admission through e – Counselling is operational for the state’s undergraduate Engineering and Medical courses.
WBJEEM is the Common entrance exam for admission to various degree courses in the fields of Medical, Dental, Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture at Universities, Government Colleges and Self-Financing Technology Institutes in West Bengal.
4. COMEDK Under Graduate Entrance Test (COMEDK UGET)
COMEDK is the ‘Consortium of Karnataka Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges’ to determine the merit of students in an effective, equal, transparent and non-exploitative testing process, and private colleges have been set up by the Associations of Medical, Dental and Engineering to determine the merit of students seeking admission to the Member Institution. Currently, 14 Medical, 23 Dental and more than 150 Engineering Colleges, which make nearly 20,000 seats available, are affiliated with COMEDK and use their testing mechanism to admit to the UG Program during the academic year.

5. Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA)
The Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) exam is administered by the University of Anna for admission to various Tamil Nadu constituents and associated colleges. Candidates who meet all the eligibility requirements are eligible to take full-time undergraduate engineering courses from Tamil Nadu’s affiliated colleges. The admissions can only be achieved through the TNEA therapy carried out after the merit list is released. Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) is the process by which more than 1.5 aspirants to lakh engineering get enrolled in Tamil Nadu’s engineering colleges by single window counselling.
6. Assam Joint Lateral Entrance Examination (JLEE)
Assam Joint Lateral Entrance Examination (JLEE) is taken for those from Diploma Engineering who wish to complete B.Tech. Direct 2nd-year admission to B.Tech regular course. Application forms will be issued in the month of April and the examination will take place in May / June. Assam Joint Lateral Entrance Examination (JLEE) is only for the student who holds the diploma to be admitted to B.Tech in the direct 2nd year.
7. Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test (RPET)
Rajasthan Pre-Engineering Test (RPET) is a state-level entrance exam conducted for the first-year admission of undergraduate programs leading to a bachelor’s degree in various engineering disciplines (B.Tech. and B.E.) in various government-assisted and private unassisted technical institutions in Rajasthan (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other deemed private universities). Online applications (registration) for RPET are invited by the Rajasthan Board of Technical Education from eligible Rajasthan domicile candidates including the Kashmiri Migrants wards.
8. Madhya Pradesh Pre-Engineering Entrance Test (MP-PET)
Madhya Pradesh Pre-Engineering Test (MP PET) is conducted by Madhya Pradesh’s technical institute for admission to the Engineering undergraduate programs. Different state Engineering Institute relies on the MP PET score for admission processes. Every year a large number of candidates throughout the state take this examination on the priority concern.
9. Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET)
AP ECET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test) for admission to B.E./B.Tech./B.Pharm regular courses offered for the academic year by State Universities and Professional Colleges under the jurisdiction of the Higher Education Council of A.P. The AP ECET 2020 is being conducted on behalf of APSCHE by JNT University Anantapur. The Convener’s Office, AP ECET 2020 is located on University Campus Andhra. 10. Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET)
Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical General Entrance Examination (AP EAMCET) is carried out on behalf of APSCHE by Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University Kakinada. This test is the requirement for admission to various technical courses offered at Andhra Pradesh State University / Private Colleges.
11. Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnics West Bengal (JEXPO)
JEXPO 2020 is a pen-paper-based entrance exam to be held on 26 April for admission to various diploma courses offered by polytechnic institutes in West Bengal State, including engineering and technology courses. Approximately 19,000 seats would be provided via the test, minus quota seats for the management. The conducting body of the examination, also known as WB Polytechnic, is the Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development Council of West Bengal State.
On January 2nd, West Bengal State Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Creation published the application form of JEXPO 2020 and can be filled out in both online and offline modes. The cost is also variable based on the candidate’s mode of choice. Even for female contestants, there is a special charge limitation. The results of the entrance exam will be tentatively announced in the form of merit lists in the first week of June.
12. West Bengal State Council of Technical Education Vocational Lateral Entry Test (WBSCTE VOCLET)
WBSCTE VOCLET (West Bengal State Council for Technical Education Vocational Lateral Entry Test) for admission to Diploma Courses in Engineering / Technology / Architecture in Polytechnics of West Bengal, standard courses are provided for the academic year by State Polytechnics Colleges under the authority of the West Bengal State Council for Technical Education. The WBSCTE VOCLET 2020 will be administered on behalf of WBSCTE VOCLET by West Bengal State Council for Technical Education. The Convener’s Office, WBSCTE VOCLET 2020 is situated on West Bengal Campus. Eligible applicants wishing to apply for a WBSCTE VOCLET 2020 can send their applications via online mode.
13. Punjab State Board of Technical Education (PSBTE JET)
The Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training is an autonomous body established under the Technical Education and Industrial Training Act of the State of Punjab, 1992. The Board offers a Joint Entry Examination (JEE) for admissions to different diploma courses offered at board affiliated institutions.
14. Uttarakhand Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnics (Uttarakhand JEEP)
The Technical Education Board of Uttarakhand invites applications for admission to the JEEP for the academic year 2020. Uttarakhand Technical Education Board (UBTE) will administer the Uttarakhand Joint Entrance Test Polytechnics 2020 in a pen-and-paper format on 10 and 11 May. On 15 January 2020, the application form for the examination was released in online mode. As of January 20, OMR-based applications will also be open, with the last submission date being April 4, 2020.
The entrance examination, also known as Uttarakhand JEEP 2020, will be carried out for admission to the engineering and non-engineering diploma courses offered by state-owned polytechnic institutes. The engineering and technology test will take 2 hours to complete and will contain questions with multiple choices. Questions from physics, chemistry and mathematics will be addressed. A pass in Class 10 with at least 35 per cent aggregate marks and pass marks in compulsory subjects are among the important eligibility criteria for sitting in the exam.
The admission card will be released in the second week of April for qualifying applicants. In the last week of May, the admission authorities will tentatively announce the results of the examination in the form of rank cards. Merit lists will also be available for online structured counselling short-listing applicants. After online therapy rounds, where there are vacant seats remaining, institute-wise therapy will be held to make them up.
