JKCET 2021 will be organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE). JKCET 2021 will take place the last week of April 2021. JKCET is the statewide entrance test. JKCET is organized once a year.

JKCET is held for admission to various professional engineering courses. JKCET will help applicants to gain admission to B.Tech and B.E courses throughout the Union of Jammu and Kashmir.

Students should check the JKCET 2021 eligibility criteria before completing the application form as the authority may reject the application if it does not meet the correct JKCET 2021 eligibility criteria.

  • Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
  • Age limit: the student must not be under 17 years old. The candidate must be 17 years old as of December 31, 2021.
  • Upper age limit: there will be no upper age limit.
  • Grade: The student must have passed the subjects of the 12th class (HSC).
  • Compulsory subjects: The candidate must have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, as well as English as a compulsory subject for the qualifying exam.
  • Appearing Candidates: Students who are in grade 12 and have received a pending test can also apply for JKCET 2021.
  • Scoring criteria: Minimum scores of 50% (45% for the reserved category) in its twelfth.

Magnetic effects of current and magnetism, communication system, optics, electromagnetic waves, magnetic effects of current and magnetism, atoms and nuclei, optics, communication system, electronic devices, electric current, etc.

Chemistry:

Chemical equilibrium, solutions, surface chemistry, periodic properties, redox and electrochemical reactions, coordination chemistry, the chemistry of representative elements, solid-state and state of matter, chemical kinetics, transition element including lanthanides, etc.

Mathematics:

Matrix and determination, sets, relations and functions, continuity and differentiation, trigonometric and inverse trigonometric functions, limit, vector, and three-dimensional geometries, lines and conic sections, sequences and series, etc.
