The CUCET 2021 course will be prescribed by the examining authority. CUCET is a national entrance exam. The common entrance exam to central universities (CUCET) is organized by the rotation of the ten central universities. Offers admission to the various UG / Integrated, PG & Research programs. These courses are offered by the 10 central universities. In this article, we mention all the details about the CUCET 2021 program.

This exam is conducted in many states where 10 central universities admit applicants based on their eligibility and these applicants have taken the GATE exam, they do not need to take this exam as they will get direct admission to the university center.

CUCET 2021 Syllabus

Candidates for CUCET will take this entrance exam to enter central universities, so they must prepare for this exam by choosing the private tutoring program they have chosen.

It is necessary for the candidates who appear to go through the CUCET program for better preparation for the exam.

For UG/Integrated Courses Syllabus:

Physics study program:

Measurement, Motion in one dimension, Laws of Motion, Motion in two dimensions, Work, Energy and energy, Linear momentum and collisions, Rotation of a rigid body around a fixed axis, Gravitation, Oscillatory motion, Mechanics of solids and fluids, heat and thermodynamics, waves, electrostatics, electric current, magnetic effect of current, matter, electromagnetic induction, lightning optics and optical instruments, wave optics, and modern physics.

Chemistry Study Program:

Atomic structure, chemical bond, redox reactions, chemical and kinetic equilibrium, acid-base concepts, electrochemistry, catalysis, colloids, colligative properties of the solution, periodic table, preparation and properties, thermochemistry, general organic chemistry, reaction intermediates, isomerism, Polymers, Carbohydrates, preparation, and properties, in solid-state and in oil,

Mathematics Study Program:

Algebra, probability, trigonometry, coordinate geometry, calculus, vectors, dynamics, and statics.

Biology Study Program:

Zoology: the origin of life, organic evolution, organic evolution mechanism, human genetics and eugenics, applied biology, mammalian anatomy (eg rabbit), animal physiology, and comparison between Periplaneta and Blatta.

Botany: plant cell, protoplasm, ecology, ecosystem, genetics, angiosperm plant seeds, fruits, cell differentiation, plant tissue, root, stem and leaf anatomy, important phyla, soil, and photosynthesis.

For MA / BBA / BA Integrated LLB (Hons) / Integrated Master / B.Voc / Diploma courses:

There will only be one test for these courses. The program will include English, numerical proficiency/data interpretation, analytical skills, reasoning, general proficiency, general knowledge topics/topics.

For the MBA course:

For the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) course:

Basic mathematics: set theory, algebra, and linear algebra, real and complex analysis, combinatorics, and probability and statistics.

Digital logic: switching theory, combinatorial logic circuits, and sequential m / c model.

Basic programming concepts: The candidate must be familiar with the basic concepts of programming and must be able to write programs that involve the concepts in one of the languages: C, C ++, or Java.

CUCET 2021 exam template

The CUCET 2021 exam template is very helpful for candidates to understand the exam model or structure and is a good way to better prepare for CUCET.

In the exam template, the information includes the number of questions, the duration of the exam, the total number of questions, the scoring system, the type of exam, and the language of the quiz, etc. Then, with this help, the candidates will be able to understand the exam pattern.

Single paper divided into 2 parts Part A and Part B
The number of questions ·         Part A is common for all test takers and it consists of 25 questions.

·         Part B covers Domain Knowledge and carries 75 questions.

CUCET 2021 Eligibility Criteria

B.Sc. Mathematics

Bachelor of Science with Mathematics as the main subject with 55% grades [50% for SC / ST / OBC / PWD] in total from a recognized university in India or abroad.

Degree in chemistry

Bachelor’s degree in any branch of science with 55% grade [50% in the case of SC / ST / OBC / PWD] and Chemistry as one of the subjects from a recognized university in India or abroad.

Degree in Physics

Bachelor of Science with 55% grades [50% in the case of SC / ST / OBC / PWD] in total in Physics and Mathematics as a major subject from a recognized university in India or abroad.

B.Sc. Mathematics

Bachelor of Science with Mathematics as the main subject with 55% grades [50% for SC / ST / OBC / PWD] in total from a recognized university in India or abroad.

B.Sc. Statistics

Baccalaureate with statistics as the main subject with 55% marks [50% in case of SC / ST / OBC / PWD] in total from a recognized university in India or abroad.

M.Tech. IT and technology

Technology B. / ESTAR. in Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics / Electronics and Communication from a recognized Indian or foreign university / Graduates [AMIETE / AMIE] from the Institution of Engineers in Electronics and Telecommunications [IETE] in Computer Science and Engineering with a minimum 55% qualifications. [50% in case of SC / ST / OBC / PWD] Preference will be given to applicants with a valid GATE score.

CUCET 2021 Paper pattern

  • The CUCET exam template contains two parts: Part A and Part B
  • Part A: English language, general awareness, math skills, and analytical skills, including 25 PEMs
  • Part B: Knowledge of the domain, including 75 PEM. This part can consist of one, two, three, or more sections. Each section can contain 25 or more questions. A candidate is required to answer a set of “X” sections [75 questions] as indicated on the cover of the exam question booklet. However, you must ensure that you fill in the correct circles on the OMR sheet corresponding to the question numbers you participated in.
  • For admission to certain integrated courses / B.Voc. / MBA / MCA / LLB or any other general course, a single article will be organized comprising 100 MCQs covering English language, reasoning, data interpretation / numerical ability, general awareness, and analytical skills.
  • Each item will only last two hours.
  • There will be a negative mark on CUCET. Each correct answer will have 01 points and for each incorrect answer, 0.25 points will be deducted. Questions not attempted will not be evaluated and therefore will not be taken into consideration for the preparation of a final list of merits.
